Saturday cont'd Graduation

Soooo, back to Saturday's events:

Sat afternoon immediately following morning conf transitioned to grad ceremony. Again preached very strong, this time theme of Revelation’s descriptions of God. But was running short on time. So had to skip over some of the good stuff. :)

This will be mostly a pictorial of the graduation events. But just a comment on the above: I started with the Trinity reference in chapter 1, followed by the detailed description of God the Son that immediately follows. Got so wrapped up in that portion, that I could only make passing references to the many other passages that describe God in this book.

Opening prayer (L)

Mangilal at podium (R).

Raju greeting crowd (L) and

Rebecca's solo (R) in English!

Graduation sermon (L)

The 3 graduates (R).

Moving the tassle and getting certificate (L);

I gave a wall map of areas of persecution (R).

Children from Mercy Home singing (L)

Prayer of Commission (R).

Closing Prayer.

That's all for now!

Wow! What a blessing to see the work that you did for the Lord! The graduation, fellowship and people who participated in the activities show the work of God even in this hostile place. Praise God! bw

Eddie...
It's been nice to be able to read of your Mission Trip, and how the Lord used you... We prayed for you each day while you were gone, and of course we continue to as well...

What you have written, along with the pictures, explains the purpose of your trip in a wonderful way. I understand a little better now.
