Muzaffarpur students

These young men pictured on this page are the students who met with us each day in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. I apologize for the out-of-focus pictures. Still you will get a sense of their appearance. Most of them came out of Hindu homes. 2 or 3 were raised in Christian homes but rebelled against their parents' examples before God won them back.

Vikas Kumar Mehara

Rajkush Poul [this is how he spelled it for me]

Basudev Roy

Simion Hasda was raised in a godly Christian home but rebelled against his parents' example until God won him back.

Himangshu Narayan Sarkar. In his testimony, he told about having been demon possessed. Magicians could not help. A pastor told him that Jesus Christ has power over Satan. After prayer, he was delivered. Since then he has faced opposition, particularly when people would not even give him any food.

Kanchan Kumar actually graduated last year, but served this year as "warden" of the other students. He plans to continue learning English so he can attend the seminary in Nagpur next year.

Demus Jonh [this is how he spelled it] Tudu. His brother is already pastoring a church plant in Bihar.

Ilias Tudu, no relation to Demus, this is a tribal name.

Will you join me in praying for these young men? Thank you. :)
