a beginning
We'll have to see what develops here--if anything. Just feeling like, since I enjoy writing and since most other formats just leave me blank, maybe if I do the writing in this context I can get something, or some things, out of my system and into some format where it can be read by others. Not necessarily that a ton of people will flood in to see what I've written. But at least it's there.

I read a book last summer about a girl who started one of these blog things, just as a way to write something for her friend for his birthday, and it totally caught on. She ended up blogging on it for a pretty long period of time... made some new friends... and one stalker... and had a fairly good time of her blogging. Anyhoo, it was a real popular blog - tons of people read it. So, it's fun to see you starting one because honestly I had never seen one before.
